Your poor testicle is removed at a cut in your lower tummy. Your nearby lymph nodes may be removed too. Poor little lymph nodes!
Chemo
Drugs, (not the drugs you’re thinking about(, are used to kill the frightened cancer cells but sadly some of your healthy cells too. The drugs are sent after the cancer cells in different forms including: pills, injection, or through an IV or through an implanted port. Those drugs go into the bloodstream and journey throughout the body aggressively attacking all new cells in it's path.
Radiation
High-energy X-rays, which allows you to see through walls (Just Joking(, are used to destroy or slow down the cancer cells. It only effects the area that is being treated.
