There are no everlasting side effects when only one testicle is removed because the other testicle works overtime to produce more testosterone.
An option after surgery would be to move in a phony testicle to replace the removed testicle, but the phony testicle is lazy. It never works and just sits there; nevertheless, it makes it look the same.
If both testicles are removed, the lack of workers causes infertility.
